Camp Armonk at the Armonk Tennis Club: The Armonk Tennis Club offers two all around camp programs for kids entering grades K-5 and two tennis camps for ages 6-17. Armonk Sports Camp offers a variety of field sports and games, team building, swimming and arts & crafts. At Mad Science Camp kids engage in morning science programs like Robotics, Bugs & Beasts and Outer Space with swimming, sports and games in the afternoon. Breezemont Day Camp, Armonk: A day camp wrapped in an 15-acre sleep away camp facility, for ages three through grade 8. Armonk’s oldest day camp offers a full slate of activities such as Land Sports, Performing Arts, Creative & Fine Arts, Aquatics and Outdoor Adventure.Their Upper Camp and Varsity Camp allow elective time for campers to choose their favorite activities. Camp Nabby, Mohegan Lake: Nabby offers three age-appropriate camps for ages 3 1/2 to 13 emphasizing equal parts athletics and creative group activities including nature, art, music and gymnastics. Facilities include scaled tee-ball and soccer fields for young campers; six athletic fields including two perfectly manicured clay infield baseball fields; three pools; dining hall and bunks where campers can change into swim gear; an aerial park and climbing walls. Camp Saw Mill, Mt. Kisco: Camp Saw Mill’s flexible scheduling offers a 3 ,4 or 5 day week, full or half days, and a swim and gym extended day option for ages 3-10. Daily activities include a group swim lesson, a group tennis lesson with the club’s pros, sports, arts & crafts, literacy and free play. Camp Seton, Greenwich: Priced higher than town camps and less than private camps, Camp Seton, from the Greenwich Council of the Boy Scouts of America, is a great value if you are looking for a sleep away camp environment in a natural setting. The 249 acre Ernest Thompson Seton Reservation with two lakes, an Olympic size pool, climbing wall and five miles of hiking trails offers lots of swimming, fishing, boating and nature activities. Elmwood Day Camp, White Plains: Traditional day camp for 3-11 year olds with 3 heated pools, 4 athletic fields, gaga courts, a hockey rink, amphi-theatre and aerial park with a zip line. ESF Summer Camps at Greenwich Academy: There’s something for everyone at ESF Summer Camps for boys and girls ages 3-15.
