Pandemic Players ZOOM: The Russians are Coming!: The Pandemic Players continue their weekly (impromptu) ZOOM play readings. These ZOOM events have been maxing out fast – so make sure you get your ZOOM link that they post on their site every Monday.
The Pandemic Players present two great readings (about the glories of lust) from two Russian greats. Including one-act plays from George Bernard Shaw, Great Catherine: Who Glory Still Adores, about a gentleman Brits’ visit to the court of Catherine the Great, whose appetite for war was only exceeded by her appetite for sex. And Anton Chekhov The Lady With the Dog, about an adulterous affair in 1899 between a Moscow banker and a young married woman at the sea resort Yalta.
