The Schoolhouse Theater Presents a Carly Simon Tribute: Peter Calo and Anne Carpenter perform the songs of Carly Simon on Sunday, February 28 at 7:00PM from Songbird Studios in Hopewell Junction.
50 years ago in February of 1971, Carly Simon released her self-titled debut album which included the epic song, “That’s The Way I’ve Always Heard It Should Be” and paved the way to Carly winning the Grammy for Best New Artist in 1972. Peter has been Carly Simon’s guitarist for many years. He has served as her musical director and has toured, recorded and written songs with her.
Peter and Anne will dig into Carly’s vast library of songs – some iconic and some lesser known – to bring you an evening of Carly’s best.
The Schoolhouse Theater is delighted to present Peter Calo and Anne Carpenter in a JLK Professional Services Production. Audio and video recorded, mixed, mastered and produced by Jessica Klee at Songbird Studios.
