Bedford Playhouse: Let’s Talk Wellness: Children’s Gaming: Electronic gaming has become an increasingly popular pastime for children and adolescents, and with it come a series of parenting concerns and challenges. This has been especially true during the pandemic, when less social contact has meant, for some, more time with video games. How much should you be worrying about your children’s gaming? How much gaming is too much? What’s the best way to manage frequency and duration of gaming? What’s the secret to getting your child to transition peacefully when it’s time to turn off the games? This talk will provide information and practical strategies so you can feel more confident and comfortable with your children’s gaming habits.
