Chef Bolender’s James Beard House Dinner
Chef Beck Bolender will host a Fall Harvest Dinner, to benefit the James Bear Foundation, at One Twenty One in North Salem on Thursday, September 18 . At this ticketed event Chef Beck will replicate the harvest dinner he prepared at the James Beard House in NYC on September 11. Guests will be invited for an exclusive and intimate evening of champagne and hors d’oeuvres at 7pm, followed by a seated 6-course dinner with wine pairings at 7:45pm.
After honing his chops as Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s youngest-ever sous chef and Nougatine’s executive chef, Westchester native Beck Bolender returned to his roots in May to take over the kitchen at the newly revamped One Twenty One in North Salem.
