She is known for casting non actors for acting roles. Venditti has cast such film and TV projects as Euphoria, where she has been nominated for an Emmy, C’Mon C’Mon, Uncut Gems, Good Time, and American Honey, among many others. In 2007 Jennifer made her directorial debut with her film Billy the Kid.
