“Word” is a storytelling show where featured performers tell stories using a one-word theme. Host Ro Moran and featured storytellers Chris Vespoli, Laura Maltz and Moth StorySLAM Champion, Ivy Eisenberg, travel to Armonk’s Whippoorwill Theater for a night of laughs around this month’s featured Word: POPS.

Want to join in? Open mic storytellers of all levels are also invited to put their name in a hat for an opportunity to share a tale of their own. Open mic slots are limited to 5-minute, first person, true stories. ‘Word’ storytelling shows are held quarterly at Sing Sing Kill Brewery in Ossining. Visit them on their home turf for even more fun!
