Community Center of Northern Westchester Holiday Food Drive

The Community Center of Northern Westchester Holiday Food Drive needs turkeys. The Community Center, located in Katonah, plans to distribute holiday food to 700 families in need. Throughout the year the Center offers food and clothing and other programs to families in 37 communities across Northern Westchester.

While the center needs turkeys or other meats to provide a center piece for these meals they also need, fresh or canned fruits and vegetables, dried and canned beans, hot and cold cereal, tuna and canned meat, cans of soup, beef stew and chili, pasta, rice and spaghetti sauce, peanut butter and jelly, fruit juice, baby food and diapers, and dry or shelf-stable milk.

You can drop off  your donation at 84 Bedford Rd., Katonah on Tues-Fri: 10am-4pm or Sat, 10am-1pm. Or send a monetary donation to The Community Center of Westchester, 84 Bedford Rd., Katonah, 10536, or contact Sherry Wolf at 914.232.6572 ext. 101 or email at swolf@communitycenternw.org.

Alternatively, you can make donations at Grand Prix New York’s fundraiser for the Center on Wed, 12/3: 6-8pm. All contributors who bring donations for the Center’s food pantry will be offered a chance to win a complimentary ticket to race or bowl at Grand Prix.
