SPCA Westchester Holiday Open House

The SPCA Westchester’s Holiday Open House is a free event with fun for the whole family, including holiday pet photos, puppy snuggles, kids crafts and a hot chocolate bar!  There will also be artisan vendors set up  whose proceeds will benefit the SPACA animals in need.
