Caramoor Announces Fall Schedule
Tickets are now on sale for all fall Caramoor events. Their recently announced calendar features nine events. Including eight in the historic Rosen House Music Room and a free Día de los Muertros Celebration on Friends Field.
Caramoor’s Music Room concerts open on September 29 with the Emmett Cohen Trio, who blew us away at WPPAC several years ago. Jazz pianist Emmett Cohen will be joined by special guest Lucy Yeghiazaryan, an American-Armenian jazz vocalist. Broadway World Vocalist of the Year, Carol J. Buford will perform classics from the Jazz Age songbook on October 20. The Grammy-nominated Allison Russell whose Outside Child was recently named the #2 Best Album of the Year by The New York Times will perform on December 2.
Also on the schedule: Cellist Abel Selaocoe, Abeo Quartet, two evenings from Caramoor’s Evnin Rising Stars and singer/songwriter Alisa Amador who has been compared to Norah Jones.
