Chef Mark Kramer’s New Farm Table Dinner: Modern Mexican: Susan Lawrence Gourmet Foods Chef Mark Kramer recently announced a new Farm Table Dinner event that will be held on Thursday, May 19 at 7:30pm. Mark Kramer’s Farm Table Dinners are like a pop-up restaurant experience right in the confines of the Susan Lawrence storefront. Highlighted by a coveted seat at his antique farm table, and featuring signature dishes and the local bounty of the Hudson Valley, they’re a great way to try something new and still stay local.
The menu for this dinner is inspired by modern Mexican cuisine – food that is vibrant, fresh and colorful. Chappaqua’s Sallie Fraenkel will host the evening, taking you on a journey to Mexico with stories of food, chefs and travel. Mark promises that the menu, featuring five thoughtfully chosen courses and a sommelier wine tasting, will be innovative, stunningly beautiful and full of delicious surprises.
