Chef Jehan manages the company’s continuing education program, including cooking classes, manufacturer demonstrations, and personal and in-home instruction. A Taste of Westchester Cooking classes are part of the Westchester Community College Adult Education program. Each class is offers a live demo, often interactive, with an outstanding local chef.
