A Taste of Westchester: Fortina: Polenta Show! Chef Christian Petroni, 2018 winner of The Next Food Network Star, is the owner of five restaurants show casing Italian fare “with a twist”. Christian and chef Paul Zullo create food inspired by their Arthur Avenue Italian upbringing during. Join this up-close and personal demonstration and try traditional fried meatballs in their famous red sauce. Known for their inventive wood-fired pizzas, taste the “tenderoni” made of spicy sopressata, chili oil and honey drizzle. The polenta table will wow you with braciole, veggies, chicken, and sauce.
