This 1989 animated musical adventure is from Don Bluth, the Director of The Land Before Time and An American Tail. The film which follows Charlie (a dog), whose revenge mission against his nemesis Carface (a gangster dog) turns to one of rescue of Anne Marie. The film had one of the biggest VHS releases ever  and inspired a theatrical sequel and a television series.
