Ars-Antiqua Chappaqua: Arcadia in the Cathedral: Mark Kramer’s Ars-Antiqua period instrument ensemble opens their season with a performance of Virtuosic Choral Music of the Italian Baroque. A time when the choral works of Lotti and Scarlatti resonated throughout the heavenly architecture of the magnificent cathedrals of Italy. Mark will be joined by a cast of ten vocal artists directed by soprano Jolle Greenleaf. Jörg-Michael Schwarz & Karen Marie Marmer from the acclaimed Baroque ensemble REBEL Baroque on Baroque Violin. REBEL Baroque is one of the most-aired period instrument ensemble in the US today and are regularly featured on the nationally syndicated shows Performance Today and Sunday Baroque.
