Calming Walking & Eating: Grab your headphones and head outside for a 30-minute calming stroll in this audio-only program. Time outdoors can provide soothing stress relief, giving us a valuable change in perspective to nurture our mental wellness. Join Licensed Clinical Social Worker Rachel Merchan for a combined walking and nutrition program. Participants will practice calming sensory activities during a 20-minute walk, while connecting with nature and engaging in light exercise. In the last 10 minutes of the program, we’ll invite you to keep walking while you listen to an interview with registered dietitian Amy Rosenfeld. Amy will explore the connection between what we eat and how we feel.
