Chappaqua Children’s Book Festival 2024

Meet the people behind the stories your family loves and learns from at the 11th annual Chappaqua Children’s Book Festival on Saturday, September 28 at the Chappaqua Train Station. Your kids can meet authors and illustrators, enjoy live storytimes with authors, learn from author talks, and have a ton of fun at the Family Fun Zone!

The festival which regularly draws 4,000 to 8,000 attendees and that will showcase 156 authors this year is the largest book festival of its kind in the tribute-state area. And features children’s illustrated books as well as books for young adults. Including Laura Numeroff (If You Give a Mouse a Cookie series), 2024 Caldecott Medal winner Vashti Harrison, festival favorite Victoria Kann (Pinkalicious), Dan Gutman (My Weird School series) and so many more!
