CMS of Lincoln Center: Rachmaninoff The Composer at The Performing Arts Center Purchase College
CMS of Lincoln Center presents Rachmaninoff: The Composer, a program celebrating the life and work of supreme virtuoso pianist and composer, Sergei Rachmaninoff; the year 2023 marks the 150th anniversary of his birth. This concert pairs his singular voice with those of his mentors and contemporaries, tracing the lineage of his particular style of piano-forward composition.
