Cooking For Reducing Disease Risk: Colorectal Cancers
Join registered dietitian Amy Rosenfeld for an informative lecture and demonstration about cooking to reduce your risk for colorectal cancers, in honor of National Colorectal Cancer Awareness month. Amy will be joined by fellow registered dietitian, Jacqueline Horne, to discuss foods choices best associated with reduced colorectal cancer risk and realistic cooking methods to make these choices part of your everyday routine. Healthy recipes will be demonstrated. Recipes will be provided ahead of time so you may cook along.
