Join Registered Dietitian Amy Rosenfeld for an informative class and recipe demonstration all about cooking antioxidant-rich meals that reduce your risk of cancer. Through this class you will learn what foods to choose most often and realistic cooking techniques to prepare healthy meals. Amy will explain the guiding principles of a diet that reduces cancer risk as recommended by the American Cancer Society and how to put these recommendations into action.
