Nationwide Service of Remembrance: Mary Jane Newman, artistic director of The Sanctuary Series, and South Salem Presbyterian Church (NY) will join in the Nationwide Service of Remembrance with a live stream on Tuesday, January 19th at 7:00pm.  These memorial events will be focused on the nearly 400,000 people who have lost their lives in our country during the COVID-19 pandemic.  The event will consist of the ringing of the church bells (a nightly tradition at SSPC), a meditation, prayers, lighting of four memorial candles and hymns appropriate to the theme of faith in the midst of grief and loss featuring Ms. Newman and baritone Buddy Courtenay. This event will be live streamed on Facebook.
