New Castle 5K: Pre-registration has begun for this year’s New Castle 5K on May 16. The race begins and ends at Chappaqua Town Hall, 200 South Greeley Ave.  All runners will receive a T-Shirt and race nuumber prior to the race and a bottle of water once they finish.  Everyone at Town Hall must wear a mask except when they are actively running.  Once a runner finishes the race, they must put their mask back on.
