Ridgefield Playhouse: Leo Kottke

Acoustic guitar wizard Leo Kottke has been enthralling audiences since the 1960’s, with his signature open tuning fingerpicking style that draws on blues, jazz and folk styles. Kottke has amassed a dedicated fanbase around the world, been nominated for multiple Grammy Awards, and released three duo records with Phish’s Mike Gordon. His collaborations with Gordon, one of which was produced by David Z (Prince), exposed Kottke to an entirely new generation of fans, propelling his career past year 60.
