Summer on the Bedford Playhouse Lawn: David Yazbek

Tony, Emmy and Grammy winning composer/writer David Yazbek brings his considerable musical resume to Bedford with special guests Andrea Grody and Erik DellaPenna. Part performance and part Q&A, Yazbek provides intimate details on his career from a gag writer for Late Night with David Letterman to Broadway composer and lyricist interspersed with performances of songs from his many works, including The Band’s Visit (winner of 10 Tony awards), The Full Monty, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, and Tootsie. David will also present a sneak preview of his new musical Dead Outlaw and a few other surprises.
