Westchester Philharmonic: Old School – Fresh Voice
Jaime Laredo returns, with prized former student, 25 year-old Isabelle Durrenberger, whose interpretive powers are at once fresh and provocative while true to the core intentions of these iconic, “old school” works for violin and orchestra. The program features Bach: Concerto for Two Violins, Beethoven: Romance No. 1 and 2 for Violin, and Mozart’s Symphony No. 9.
