Whole Foods Chappaqua Grocery Tour with NWH Dietitian: Changing your eating means changing your shopping. Learn how to best fill your cart with the expert advice of Amy Rosenfeld, a Registered Dietitian at Northern Westchester Hospital’s Center for Healthy Living. These fun, interactive, and educational tours will empower you to make healthy decisions, shop smart, get to know the store experts, and be nourished for life. Your grocery store has over 45,000 different food items. Amy Rosenfeld will help you choose your healthiest items.

Through the Center, they offer the community free healthcare navigation services. NWH’s healthcare navigator works with you to understand your health and wellness needs and can connect you with experts and services that can support you best. Including physician referrals, counseling and support or wellness classes.
