Cocobolo Introduces 6,000 Square Foot Design Showroom
Earlier this year, Owen introduced the Cocobolo Design Center, an expansive 6,000-square-foot design showroom, featuring a curated array of furniture, lighting, accessories, fabric and wallpaper for both retail and trade clients.
The debut represents a next-phase business evolution for Owen. While the space had been home to a successful retail concept for decades, Owen saw an opportunity to serve the thriving Westchester design community who previously had to travel into New York in order to source for projects. With a wide variety of sought-after furniture, lighting, rugs and accessories vendors represented in the showroom and at trade pricing, designers can now shop locally. Plus, at the Cocobolo Design Center, designers have a committed and knowledgeable staff at their disposal who are ready to help with all their needs, from research and product sourcing to ordering, delivery, and customer service. The goal is to provide assistance to trade clients so they can spend more time designing beautiful spaces!
Cocobolo Design Center will feature noted design brands and emerging lines, including Vanguard, CR Laine, Palecek, Made Goods, Arteriors, Tech Lighting, Hickory Chair, Julian Chichester, Roberta Schilling, Visual Comfort and many others. Fabrics and wallcoverings are a prominent part of the trade, and designers will find a separate area devoted to each with high-end companies like Romo, Osborne & Little, Schumacher, Holly Hunt, Zimmer & Rhode, JAB, Cowtan & Tout and Phillip Jeffries in the mix. Owen has also introduced vintage, one-of-kind finds into her vignettes—the kinds of elements she uses in her own interior design projects.
They welcome the opportunity to show you around the new space, and help with your design needs, be in full-blown interiors or product selections.
