Lyndhurst Sunset Jazz Series
The Lyndhurst Sunset Jazz series presented by Jazz Forum Arts returns for its 13th season on Lyndhurst Mansion’s Bowling Alley Lawn. The series begins on Thursday, July 6 and runs for eight consecutive weeks through August 24. The series showcases inside jazz selections from Jazz Forum Arts across a wide range of jazz styles and genres. From the New Orleans sounds of Alicia Renée to the Afro Cuban Brazilian sound of Salongo. In between there’s a salute to the music of Billy Straythorn from pianist John Dimartino, Steve Nelson’s vibraphone, and classic swing and blues from The Harlem Blues & Jazz Band. Pack a picnic dinner to all events.
