Mark Kramer’s Farm Table Dinner in Chappaqua: Susan Lawrence Gourmet Foods’ Farm Table Dinners prepared by Chef Mark Kramer are like a pop-up restaurant experience right in the confines of their own storefront. His upcoming dinner on Saturday, March 5 is inspired by his recent trip to Tuscany where he spent a month cooking for family and friends.
He brought back some recipes of the best dishes from the Camporempoli kitchen in Chianti that he will prepare for area foodies and serve at his antique farm table. The dinner, at this reservations only event, will feature five thoughtfully chosen courses, a sommelier wine tasting and will finish with one of Mark’s signature desserts, cookies, coffee and tea. Prepare yourself for a celebration of Tuscan cuisine with a slightly modern touch and combined with the wonderful local food resources here in the Hudson Valley.

Mozzarella in Carrozza: Buffalo Mozzarella, Salsa Verde & Finocchiona
Porchetta Meatballs: Creamy Mascarpone Polenta & Pomarola Sauce
Cerignola Salad: Winter Greens, Cerignola Olives, Saffron Blood Orange Vinaigrette
Butter Chicken ‘Sostanza’: Fried Artichokes & Minted Whipped Peas
Rosemary Focaccia: with Olive Oil & Hudson Valley Honey
