The menus for this upcoming dinner on Saturday, April 1 at 7:30pm is inspired by Mark’s cooking during his recent month-long trip to Camporempoli – a beautiful 800-year old farmhouse in the heart of Chianti, Tuscany. The meal will be a celebration of Tuscan cuisine with a slightly modern touch and combined with local food resources from the Hudson Valley. Wine pairings will be presented throughout the meal.

Spring Asparagus Puntarelle Style: Shaved fresh asparagus, endiva riccia & the classic Roman vinaigrette

Tuscan Chicken: Braised with lemons, wine & garlic minted whipped peas & fried artichoke ribbons
