The Pandemic Players In April & May
The Pandemic Players In April & May
The Schoolhouse Theater’s Pandemic Players continue their marathon of run of (impromptu) Zoom play readings in April and May. Under the direction of Artistic Director Bram Lewis, the Pandemic Players have read 90 plays in the past 95 weeks. (Not quite Joe DiMaggio, but close.) During their epochal run, Bram has tapped into his vast reserve of Schoolhouse connected talent to call on the likes of Academy Award-winner Alan Arkin, Tony-winner and legendary comedian Robert Klein, Tony-nominee for Me and My Girl, Tim Jerome, indie film and musical comedy star Lois Robbins, and Tony-nominee and Obie Award-winner Austin Pendleton – best known for his role as Marty in Christmas With The Cranks. They have performed everything from the Samuel Beckett classic Endgame to The Lion in Winter, Jeeves and Wooster in Perfect Nonsense to A Tuna Christmas. Here is their April and May schedule.
